Every aspects of protection against corrosion are not mastered by the standards, specifications and/or procedures; sometimes it is necessary to call upon a different knowledge to treat particular difficulties. .
A MODULAR PROGRAM IN FIVE PHASES: PERECO
Evaluation of the future environmental conditions.
During this first phase, the PERECO engineers will evaluate the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airborne pollution,...) where the project's industrial equipments are to be installed. This evaluation will be undertaken in strict collaboration with the engineers involved with the writing of the General Specification

Material selection and method of protection.
During this phase, the PERECO engineers will assist the engineers from the project team with the specifications concerning:
- material selection .
- ventilation and air-conditioning of the working premises during the construction as well as the operation phases.

Supply and work during the construction
During this phase, the PERECO engineers will ensure compliance with material selection and equipment fabrication during construction

Assistance during commissioning phase
During this phase, the PERECO engineers will establish and have approved the procedures for measurements and tests to facilitate the commissioning of the equipment:
- to determine if equipment is in accordance with specifications
- to verify the condition of materials and their acceptable quality upon delivery to the operation teams.
The PERECO engineers will also assist the operation teams in post-installation environmental evaluation and materials protection operational procedures such as the product lifetime can be assured

Assistance during operational phase
During this phase, the PERECO engineers will assist the operation engineers with periodic inspections and develop necessary corrective measures.
